Understanding Our Fees

Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and coordination involved in providing comprehensive care for Long COVID. Appointment lengths are based on clinical need and may vary depending on the complexity of symptoms and required assessment.

Appointment Types Explained

Initial Consultation
An initial consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, medical history, and functional impact of Long COVID. Initial appointments are typically longer to allow adequate time for assessment.

Review Consultation
Review appointments are used to monitor progress, review investigations, and adjust management plans as needed.

Video Consultations
Video consultations may be available for review appointments where clinically appropriate, following an initial face-to-face consultation.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total fee after your appointment.

We have a 4-hour cancellation policy. If your appointment is cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be non-refundable.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

Please bring the following, if available:

A referral letter from your GP, including relevant medical history and test results
A list of current medications
